Foothills Park & Recreation District utilizes a bidding notification system created exclusively for the District to post bids, quotes, construction notices, addendums, and awards.

Created in conjunction with BidNet, this system provides our vendors easier access to new business opportunities throughout the District. In addition, by having one centralized bidding and registration system, it saves the District and vendors time and money. All vendors who would like to do business with the District should register on the system.

Vendor Registration

Foothills Park & Recreation District offers a number of sponsorships and booth opportunities to help increase visibility for area businesses and organizations. The following are some of our popular events that allow the people using our parks, programs and facilities to know about your organization and the invaluable support you provide to the community.

Boo-rific Bash & Splash: A community event at Foothills’ Ridge Recreation Center geared as a safe trick-or-treat activity for kids and families. Businesses in the community will be invited to host a booth and promote their business in exchange for providing a free give away (i.e. free kids meal to business) and/or candy for trick-or-treating. Event will also include bounce houses, activities and swimming.

Concerts in Clement Park: An annual FREE community concert series scheduled June-August at the Grant Amphitheater in Clement Park. Concerts range in cultural diversity and are geared for a family audience. In addition, a special offering of performances are designed for pre-school and school-aged children.

Red, White & You: A fun-filled patriotic community event for the entire family, featuring: kid’s activities, live entertainment, food concessions, inflatable rides and bounce houses, community business booths, beer & wine garden and a fireworks display. Entry into the event is FREE and is held within Foothills’ Clement Park.

Senior Open House: This event in October is a wonderful time for seniors to learn and experience what is in the community especially for them. Previous vendors have included those from health care, insurance, beauty, nutrition, transportation options, and more. Nearly 200 seniors attend this event annually.
