Preschool programs offer children ages 3-5 an opportunity to advance their physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.  Our nurturing and enriching environment helps children become enthusiastic, self confident and inquisitive learners.

All Day Preschool

All Day Preschool (ages 3 years - Kindergarten)

This full day program operates 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., 52 weeks/year. Developmentally appropriate preschool is taught with lessons reinforced throughout the day. Stimulating activities are included such as swimming, science, cooking and gymnastics. Our instructors are group leader qualified, classes are licensed by the State of Colorado and the program is Colorado Shines rated. Programs are housed in the Lilley Pad Room at Lilley Gulch Recreation Center and in the Little Bear Mountain Room at Ridge Recreation Center.

Parents can choose a M-F, M/W/F or a T/TH option at an affordable monthly rate. Our attentive staff provide an environment that is safe and loving for your child to learn, explore, socialize and grow. Call and schedule a tour – 303-409-2507.

Enrollment Information

An annual non-refundable Enrollment Fee ($70/child or $90/family) is required at time of enrollment.  Annual Enrollment Fee covers programming from June 1 to May 31. Parents or guardians are encouraged to read the Parent Handbook for program and enrollment policies.

Parents will also be required to submit the following, prior to child’s attendance:

  • Immunization Records for each child,
  • General Health Appraisal signed by a medical provider,
  • and Permission for Administration of Medication if necessary.

Enrollment and payment is completed online using SchoolCare Works Family Portal (use the buttons below). Parents can register for care and view or pay billing statements online using this secure portal. This secure site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere with an internet connection.

All Day Preschool Fees

Tuition Payments are due on the 1st of each month, prior to that month of care.

  • 5 days (M-F) – Fee/month: $1,540 | District Rate: $1,400
  • 3 days (M/W/F) – Fee/month: $925 | District Rate: $840
  • 2 days/week (T/TH) – Fee/month: $616 | District Rate: $560
  • Drop-in Fee – Fee/day: $65 | District Rate: $65
    • Drop-in option is only available for families enrolled in a partial week option.
  • UPK students pay discounted tuition September-May according to current UPK rates.
Fee applied to youngest child enrolled in program.
Additional children enrolled receive a 7% discount off tuition fees for All Day Preschool.
No sibling discounts for drop-ins.

For families interested in Universal Pre-k

Children are eligible for UPK throughout the school year months, if they turn 4 on or before October 1st in the year before they are eligible to enter Kindergarten.

Foothills Park & Recreation District will be notified of any families who have been matched to attend our programs and families will then be contacted to register at Foothills by a Foothills employee.

Part-time Preschool

Registration for part-time preschool for the 2025-2026 school year opens on December 17, 2024.

Part-time Preschool (ages 3-5 years)

We believe children learn best through hands on activities that help them explore the world around them. Parents are an active part of the classroom experience when they assist as parent helpers. Our instructors are group leader qualified, classes are licensed by the State of Colorado and the program is Colorado Shines rated. Kindergarten readiness skills are taught through hands-on age appropriate learning experiences.

  • Part-time Preschool classes are offered 2 days/week on T/TH or 3 days/week on M/W/F
  • We offer a 5 hour class (8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) on M/W/F
  • We offer a 3 hour class (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) on T/TH
  • This program runs from late August – May
  • M/W/F 5 hour class is UPK eligible

Enrollment Information

Part Time preschool registration will also require a tuition deposit of $130 due at the time of registration. This deposit will be credited towards your child’s first month of tuition when they begin attending. Parents or guardians are encouraged to read the Parent Handbook for program and enrollment policies. Children are encouraged to develop strong potty training skills prior to attending.   • 3 days/week (M/W/F), 5 hours/day – Fee/month: $513 | District Rate: $477
  • UPK students enrolled in M/W/F – Fee/month: $0 | District Rate: $0
