Foothills Sports Arena features Greenfields Pile Fiber Turf System – Iron Turf synthetic turf that looks, feels and plays like real grass. This 100 yd x 60 yd playing surface in our 64,000 sq. ft. facility allows teams the opportunity to play and practice on a full size field indoors while protected from the elements outdoors.
Foothills Sports Arena hosts a variety of events that include, but are not limited to:
- Youth and Adult Soccer leagues and camps
- Youth and Adult Lacrosse leagues and camps
- Adult Flag Football
- Rugby
- Field Hockey
- Field Rentals for practices and tournaments
- Facility Rentals for events such as After-Prom, Dog Agility
Rent the Foothills Sports Arena
Snowing, raining, too windy? Need protection from the sun in the summer? Rent the full 100 x 60 yard field or a 60 x 45 yard half field for your practice or special event. Whether you have a practice or your group needs to get in a league or game; if you would like to do a corporate team building event, we have the space for you.

Additional Rental Information
District rates include District recognized sports associations.
All rentals must complete a facility request; approval made by FSA Recreation Coordinator.
Rental requests are first come, first served; rentals must be paid in full prior to start time.
Between April 1 – October 31, the following rental discounts are available:
- Book 2 or 3 rentals, receive a $10/hour discount
- Book 4 or 5 rentals, receive a $15/hour discount
- Book 6 or more rentals, receive a $20/hour discount

Drop-in Activities
- Drop-in Inline Hockey, ages 18 and up

- Drop-in Little Tots – parents and their tots ages 18 months to 5 years can use stations that will be set up for different sports activities.
- Thursdays and Fridays from 9-11 a.m.
- Price: $7 per child (Non-District: $8 per child)

Foothills Fieldhouse offers two (2) fully enclosed arenas with boards and glass 80’ x 180’. One surface is sportcourt flooring, the other is synthetic turf. With two different multipurpose flooring options, we can accommodate several types of activities like: roller hockey, roller derby, box lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, basketball, football, and a variety of other recreational activities. There are 8 locker rooms and full sound systems for both arenas. There is also over 3,500 feet of open common area with bleacher seating for both arenas. Batting Cages are closed for the season and will reopen in Spring 2025.
Hours may vary depending on weather conditions. Batting cages will close for any of the following reasons:
- The temperature is 50°F or colder
- It is raining or snowing
- There are high winds
Concessions: Drinks available for purchase.
The upgraded batting cages at Schaefer Athletic Complex offer 3-speed adjustable pitching machines, ranging from 40 – 70 MPH, as well as a choice of Baseball, Softball and Softball slow-pitch.

- $2 for 14 pitches (1 round)
- $15 for 10 rounds
- $40 – Heavy Hitters Card (25 rounds)
Disc Golf Course
Disc Golf Course at Fehringer Ranch Park
W. Quincy Ave. and S. Simms St., Morrison, CO 80645
Fehringer Ranch Disc Golf Course is set in the open space of Fehringer Ranch Park off of the northeast corner of Simms and Quincy. The 18 hole course is set in a natural environment and offers gorgeous views while you play. A practice basket is available for warm up prior to play. In the future we will be offering leagues, classes and tag matches for disc golfers of all experience. Foothills Park & Recreation District manages the park and disc golf course.
Outdoor Fields & Sports Office
The Clement Park Sports Office serves as the main hub for sports field rentals and park shelter rentals. It is located inside Clement Park on the southeast side of the park near the ballfields.
Numerous baseball/softball and multi-purpose fields at Clement Park, Schaefer Athletic Complex, Easton Regional Park and surrounding areas are available for rental. For more information call 303.409.2610.
