Park Description
This park is a mix of bluegrass irrigated turf and non-irrigated turf. The main body of the park features nice views of the front range to the south and west. The trail leads from the parking lot to the south end of the park located at David Dr. The trail picks up on the south side of David Dr. and leads into Wayside Meadows Park where the Massey Draw Regional Trail can be accessed (see Wayside Meadows Park).

Park History
A portion of this park was dedicated to Foothills in the early 1980s. A second parcel was leased to Foothills from Jefferson County Open Space about the same time. The park was originally called Columbine Knolls South Park.
In 2024, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.
Directions To Park
From the intersection of S. Wadsworth Blvd. and W. Ken Caryl Ave., head east on W. Ken Caryl Ave to the stop light at S. Webster St. Turn right on Webster one block to W. Laurel Ave. Turn right on W. Laurel one block to the park. There is a parking lot.
