Description
This greenbelt is a narrow, irrigated bluegrass greenbelt and is used primarily by the adjacent subdivision. A narrow trail runs through the greenbelt. The trail runs the length of the greenbelt and is mostly used by local residents.

History
The developer of the Foothills Green Subdivision built this greenbelt and dedicated it to Foothills in 1976.
In 2022, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.
Directions
Directions are to the northern end of the greenbelt. From the intersection of S. Kipling Pkwy and W. Bowles Ave., head south on S. Kipling Pkwy to the stop light at Fair Dr. Turn right on Fair Dr, then immediately turn left on Burgundy Dr. Follow Burgundy Dr. as it curves to the right and turns into W. Fair Dr. Turn left on Lee St. to the end of the cul-de-sac.
