Park Description
This park is a mix of bluegrass irrigated turf and non-irrigated grasses and is located next to the Lilley Gulch drainage.

Trails
No trails. An 8’ wide concrete sidewalk leads from Burgandy Dr. to the west end of the park.

Park History
This park was originally developed and dedicated to Foothills in 1978 by the developer of the adjacent Foothill Green Subdivision. The playground and sidewalk were renovated in 2001. The Kyle A. Velasquez picnic pavilion was added in 2000 and funded in part by the People of Coors with the District’s Board of Directors Matching Funds program.

In 2024, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.

Directions To Park
From the intersection of S. Kipling Pkwy and W. Bowles Ave., head south on S. Kipling Pkwy to the stop light at Fair Dr. Turn right on Fair Dr. and you will be facing the park. There is no parking lot and we suggest parking on Burgandy Dr.
