Park Description
This park is a combination of bluegrass irrigated park and cattail wetlands. The main body of the park fronts Garrison St., however there is a second bluegrass irrigated open play area that can be accessed from Chestnut Ave. The North Tributary of Massey Draw runs through the park and creates the cattail marsh area.

Park History
This park was dedicated to Foothills in 1985.

In 2024, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.

Directions To Park
From the intersection of S. Kipling Pkwy and W. Chatfield Ave., head east on W. Chatfield Ave. to Garrison St. Turn left on Garrison a few blocks to the park located on the east side of Garrison St. There is no parking lot. Suggest parking on either the Garrison St. frontage or Chestnut Ave. frontage.
